The 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup will be the 10th FIFA Confederations Cup. It will be held in Russia, from 17 June to 2 July 2017.
There are two groups with four teams each, and the top two from each group advance to the semifinals. The rest are eliminated from the competition. There will be a third-place match and a final after the semis. In Group A there will be World Cup hosts Russia, New Zealand (OFC Nations Cup), Portugal (Euro 2016) and Mexico (CONCACAF). Group B will include Germany (World Cup), Chile (CONMEBOL), Australia (Asian Cup) and the Cameroon (African Cup of Nations).
